How to scientifically solve a bad day ;)

Science is fun and it doesn’t fail to fascinate me to this day, but how does this help us fix our bad day? After all, even when we know a bad day is all in our heads, but it can still be real enough to convince us we are having the worst day of our life. Here is what I summarized on what I had been looking into. Just few pointers that might make it not so bad day after all =)  :

1-First think back on that negative feeling you are having right now. Anxiety ? Frustration ? Stress ? And just try to label it in like couple of word..not much just a few words ! for example you could say “nuisance from annoying kids” or “anger from lazy aunt” you know something like that.. So once you put your label upon it just refer them as that in your mind. Don’t go into details much. Actually saying a bad situation in two or three words make it feel much more okay than it is :)

2- Step two is tricky. It’s about Re-evaluating your situation or what happened. You will have to find a conceivable positive outcome from the shit you are in now. Maybe you could convince yourself that babysitting those annoying kids might make you a better mother or maybe grinding your ass all day for you lazy aunts gonna make you a hard worker than she will ever be in future. In a case if that doesn’t work for you, you could always think how it might be worse than it is now. You could use one of those two techniques. Okay Re-evaluation more easy said than its done but there are few tricks to help you along the way. On to the geeky side.. these tricks relay on how the brain responds to novelty by releasing dopamine, these babies put you in a good mood and can help to reset your outlook on a shitty day. The craziest thing is that you can trigger this by just making seemingly small and trivial changes. The main idea is to simply change your environment in some small way so its gonna cause an out-of-the-ordinary experience. Example maybe how you sit, you could change your sitting position or get yourself on to comfy chair where you feel more comfortable and relaxed. Maybe try changing the music you been listening, if you are constant listener of rock or hip-hop you could just change it to something like jazz or acoustics. Go for a bike ride or swim or hang out with some peeps you usually don’t. Also you could change your meals for something you have not eaten recently.

3-Three is gonna be a small but important step. Never ever assume that the outcome of the previous hour indicative of the outcome of the next hour. So this morning is no indication of what this afternoon will bring.

4-There is no step 4, just get on with your life already!

You may also try talking to someone you trust, but you got to be careful. As stated in #1 above, thinking too deeply can cause you to dwell and can heighten your sense of frustration or anger with the events that have gone unfavorably, which may lead inevitably to the downward spiral otherwise known as “a bad day”.

The truth is that there is an one absolute truth. that every person lie !! either for good nor bad. its our human nature to lie. i all ways wondered how people could not live without lieing. maybe its shame. maybe its faith. maybe love. what ever the reason maybe…there is always a reason for us to lie. i believe in the phrase that everything has a opposite reactions. well i hope to find the opposite reaction for reasons to lie. there should be an opposite force that should make people tell the truth even. for a guess lets say guiltyness. but that something we hide too. another more reason to tell a lie. i dont know why but human natures only truth can be that everything might be a lie. i think that people should make an effort to change human nature. boundries in humans are set by us humans. who says we cant be perfect. only that nobody was perfect means that people cant be perfect anymore ? why cant we go beyond that… i guess people just dont want to. =] yea one more thing all people love being lazy. world renouned fact =p exhibit A —> *points at me* “
